JORDAN LANG
Originally from West Babylon, New York Jordan began his dance training at twelve years old across a wide variety of dance styles. In 2015, Jordan went on to attend Marymount Manhattan College’s BFA program with a ballet concentration where he performed works by Robert Battle, Alexandra Damiani, Jessica Lang, Gabrielle Lamb, Jon Ole Olstad, and Jo Stromgren. Throughout his college career Jordan was a part of the MMC Dance company which provided outreach programs to local schools while also spending his weekends working as an assistant for New York City Dance Alliance.
In 2019 Jordan joined Ballet BC under the direction of Emily Molnar where he performed works by Aszure Barton, Johan Inger, Crystal Pite, Sharon Eyal and later director Medhi Walerski. In 2022, Jordan joined Ballet Jazz Montréal as a guest artist under the direction of Alexandra Damiani performing in the company's tour of "Dance Me" as well as other works by Juliano Nunes, Crystal Pite, and Anne Plamondon. More recently Jordan acted as the Artistic Director of Westside Dance Project in Southern California from 2023-2025 while continuing to perform across multiple productions for choreographers such as Josh Beamish, Roderick George and Yin Yue.
