During her twenty-year dance career with Netherlands Dance Theatre (NDT), Nancy Euverink performed many original roles in ballets by celebrated choreographers, including: Jiří Kylián, Mats Ek, Hans van Manen, Wayne McGregor, William Forsythe, Ohad Naharin, Nacho Duato, and Jorma Elo, as well as the renowned duo Lightfoot León. Following her retirement from the stage, Nancy transitioned into a career as a respected stager and coach.

Nancy Euverink has staged and coached works by Jiří Kylián, is frequently engaged to stage and coach the ballets of Hans van Manen, and is a key collaborator with Jorma Elo, serving as his Choreographic Assistant and Dramaturgical Advisor. Her extensive experience includes collaborations with companies such as Ballett am Rhein, Badisches Staatsballett, Boston Ballet, Royal Danish Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, San Francisco Ballet, Ballet Basel, Norwegian National Ballet, Royal New Zealand Ballet, Dutch National Ballet, Stuttgart Ballet, and Vienna State Opera Ballet, among many others.

From 2011 to 2014, Nancy served as Director of the Dance Department at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, where she facilitated the involvement of prominent international choreographers to mentor and work with the students. Between 2014 and 2019, she was the Acting Artistic Leader of NDT 2.
